Inspect, refuel, remove dust, and debug safety devices on the operating elevator components during the designated period of elevator maintenance. Including non-destructive testing and lubrication maintenance of elevator traction steel wire ropes.
matters needing attention
1. The elevator consists of two major parts: mechanical and electrical. If the elevator is not maintained on a daily basis, its safety cannot be guaranteed. If the elevator needs to be refueled without refueling, it will cause wear and damage to the mechanical components of the elevator, greatly shortening its service life and preventing normal use of the elevator.
2. During the use of elevators, some elevator users, in order to reduce costs and save funds, seek temporary workers or unqualified companies for elevator maintenance. Once safety issues arise, even the responsible unit cannot be found. If the maintenance is carried out by elevator manufacturers or qualified professional companies, on the one hand, the maintenance technology and quality are guaranteed, and on the other hand, if any problems occur, someone is also responsible.
Mechanical components
The traction machine of the elevator needs oil lubrication. There are two scales on the outer cover of the traction machine. Open the oil nozzle to check that the oil should be in the middle of the two scales. If the oil is lower than the lower scale, it means that the traction machine should be refueled. If not refueled, the elevator will not be well lubricated for a long time, leading to the burning of the elevator traction machine and motor. After the elevator has been running for a long time, the oil should be replaced in a timely manner to keep the traction machine clean and well lubricated.
2. Cleaning and lubrication of elevator car guide shoes. As is well known, the guide shoe runs on the guide rail, and there is an oil cup on top of the guide shoe. To prevent friction noise during elevator operation, it is necessary to regularly refuel and clean the oil cup, and clean the cleanliness of the elevator car.
3. Maintenance of elevator hall doors and car doors. Elevator malfunctions usually occur on the elevator hall and car doors, so attention should be paid to the maintenance of the hall and car doors. One is to add oil to the refueling area on the upper sill of the door to maintain good lubrication, so that the elevator will not make unpleasant noises during operation and the opening of the door. Pay attention to the inspection of the safety contact plate or light curtain type contact plate switch wire of the elevator, as the frequency of opening and closing the door in the elevator is high, which can cause damage to the switch wire. This requires maintenance personnel to inspect it every time they work, and replace it in advance to avoid users having doubts about the quality of the elevator product due to door issues.
Electrical components
The electrical components are roughly divided into control screens, electrical switches for each safety circuit, etc. They are the brain of the elevator and the central nervous system of the elevator. They control the start, operation, and door opening and closing of the elevator, so they must be treated as a top priority in daily maintenance work. It is best not to short-circuit the elevator circuit inside the control panel during work. When the elevator door system malfunctions, someone shorts the elevator door for convenience in order to find the fault. This is very dangerous, and shorting the door causes the most accidents. Why? If a person opens the hall door and extends their head inward, the elevator happens to run up or down to this point, and the hall door is shorted, the elevator cannot stop, so an accident is highly likely to occur. So in our daily maintenance work, we must not short-circuit the safety circuit. If it is necessary to short-circuit, we must identify which safety component has a problem and which safety component needs to be shorted. Moreover, after maintenance or urgent repairs are completed, we must promptly remove the short-circuit wire.
